Website Membership Directory
Member information is placed in the on-line membership directory including a direct link to their email and website for FREE. Effective 12/1/03 chamber members are now entitled to TWO category listings and a short description. The Chamber website receives close to 56,000 visitors a year.
Website Coupon
Members can display a coupon advertising discount services or specials for FREE. View the Coupons web page to see the format.
Information Packets
The Chamber distributes an average of 250 relocation packets monthly. Members can ask to have their brochure or rack card included in the packets for FREE, call the Chamber at 234-5311 to inquire about details.
Visitors Center
Chamber members can display their brochure or rack cards for FREE in the Casper Visitors Center, 500 N. Center Street.
Newsletter
The Chamber monthly newspaper offers discount advertising costs to members. The deadline for advertising and articles is the 15th of each month.
$20 for a business card ad on the back page
$40 for a 1/8 page ad
$50 for a 1/4 page ad
$100 for a 1/2 page ad
$200 for a full-page ad
$125 for a one-sided 8-1/2" x 11" insert
$250 for a two-sided 8-1/2" x 11" insert

Phone Board
The phone board located in the outside entrance to the Visitors Center offers advertising. The phone board is owned and operated by National Communications Center and the Chamber assists members to reserve ads. The following are the size and cost
$175 per year for a small 4" wide by 2" high color ad and a $50 one-time set up fee
$275 per year for a large 5" wide by 7" high color ad and a $50 one-time set up fee
Special Seasonal Package A seasonal rate is 5 months at $31 per month and a $50 one-time set up fee
