Today the Casper Area Chamber of Commerce announced the newest addition to their Board of Directors, Mr. Gary Trapkus, and Vice President - Hilltop National Bank. Mr. Trapkus will join 19 current business and community leaders representing a broad cross-section of the greater Natrona County and Casper business community.

Gary Trapkus grew up in Moline, Illinois, who’s other claim to fame happens to be the world headquarters of John Deere. Gary’s dad held several of the patents for Deere.
Gary joined Hilltop National Bank in 1984 to manage the marketing department.
Gary has served on many non-profit boards over the years, currently serving on the Board of the Nicolaysen. He is also a member of the Five Trails Rotary Club. He was also named to the “top 100” in Ben & Jerry’s CEO contest several years ago.
Gary is a passionate supporter of the Chamber regularly attending the monthly chamber luncheons and Business after Hours (where he and Bob Price- K2 Radio) conduct their “STRAIGHT TALK” interviews of existing and new Chamber Members for on air promotions.
Married 28 years to Bonnie, a fifth generation Casperite with a genealogy including three generations of Casper small business owners – dating back to 1921.
When not working, Gary enjoys time with Bonnie and tending to their assorted pets.
