Casper Area Chamber of Commerce Board of Director Nominees

The Nominating Committee of the Casper Area Chamber of Commerce, in accordance with By-Laws, places the following members as nominees for a full three-year board position beginning April 1, 2017 - March 31, 2020.

There are four (4) Board of Director Positions available beginning April 1, 2017. 

Board of Director Nominees

Mandy Cepeda

Senior Manager of Community Development, Wyoming Medical Center

Mandy is the Senior Manager of Community Development at Wyoming Medical Center. Since taking responsibility for WMC’S marketing and public relations in April 2013, she has been instrumental in setting the marketing strategy for the hospital and its outpatient clinics. Mandy graduated from the University of Wyoming with a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism and minor in Marketing in 2003 and is currently working on her MBA through the UW’s online program. She is married to Dan, a photographer at the Casper Star-Tribune, and has a 1 year old daughter, Greta.

Bradford Follensbee

Operating Partner/General Manager, White’s Mountain Motors

Bradford has spent the past 6+ years working diligently to grow White’s Mountain Motors business while recruiting and building a professional management team that now allows him time to give back to the community that has been a contributing factor to his success.   Bradford considers his wife, Natalia to be a great asset in his life as well. She is very involved with Summit Elementary School and the Children’s Advocacy Project.  Bradford believes that serving on the Board of Directors of the Casper Area Chamber of Commerce will provide him with the opportunity to give back to the Casper community by providing strong budgeting, accounting, forecasting and customer service skills that he has acquired through his years of experience in the automotive industry, including training at the Disney Institute.

Bradford Follensbee

Jereca Lutz

General Manager, Hampton Inn and Suites

Jereca is proud to call her home Casper.  She wants to become even more involved in her community, not just for business purposes, but because Casper is her home town and she holds a genuine interest in Casper’s success.  Jereca loves managing the Hampton Inn & Suites and enjoys having the opportunity to speak with guests of her hotel and gaining greater insight into what brings them to Casper.  What leisure and business activities they participate in, as well as help gage how and where the business is being generated.    Jereca is actively involved in the Casper Area Chamber of Commerce and has recently been elected to the position of President of the Tourism and Hospitality Advisory Council as well as a regular attendee of our Monthly Chamber Luncheons.

Linda Gillham/Barankiewicz

Secretary, Tim Force Tin Shop

Linda and her husband Jim are passionate about their locally owned and operated company and the Casper community.  Linda comes in contact with many Casper citizens throughout her daily duties and is quick to speak highly of the Casper Area Chamber of Commerce to members and non-members alike.  Linda and Jim attend Business after Hours and Chamber Monthly Luncheons on a regular basis and enjoy the benefits of their membership to the fullest extent.  Linda believes in working together to make Casper the best that it can be.  Linda is honored to have this opportunity to serve her community and her fellow chamber members.

Section 4.  -  PETITION, NOMINATION BY MEMBERS: Following the posting and listing of the Nominating Committee’s candidates, five (5) or more voting members of the Chamber, who are not members of the Nominating Committee nor the Board of Directors, may also nominate candidates through a petition process for the Board of Directors, providing candidates meet the criteria of being a voting member of the Chamber. Such petition shall be filed with the nominating committee within ten (10) days after notice has been given of those nominated.  The determination of the nominating committee as to the legality of the petition and the eligibility of the nominee or nominees shall be final.

Within 10 days after nominees have been posted, Chamber Members may nominate candidates through petition process for the Board of Directors provided candidates meet the criteria of being a voting member of the Chamber.
