The Nominating Committee of the Casper Area Chamber of Commerce, in accordance with By-Laws, places the following members as nominees for a full three-year board position January 1, 2024 – December 31, 2027.
There are five (5) Board of Director Positions available beginning January 1, 2024.
For over two decades, Erik’s entrepreneurial spirit, honed through years of building and navigating his own ventures, now fuels his passion for empowering Casper’s business community. Erik’s expertise lies in the financial landscape, where he helps businesses streamline their payment acceptance and invoicing processes. In his free time, he shines a spotlight on Casper’s vibrant business scene through his engaging podcast, featured on YouTube. These interviews showcase the stories, challenges, and successes of local entrepreneurs, fostering a sense of community and celebrating the diverse talents that make Casper thrive.

Grant began his investment industry career in 2019 and joined Stifel in 2022. Prior to joining Stifel, Grant worked at Morgan Stanley in Chicago.
Grant is the youngest of Kevin’s three sons who were all born and raised in Casper, Wyoming. He graduated with a B.B.A. in Management Consulting from the University of Notre Dame and holds Series 7 and 66 securities licenses, as well as life, health, and variable insurance licenses (including annuities). In addition, he earned the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification, which identifies those individuals who have met the experience requirements of the CFP® Board, have successfully completed financial planning coursework, and have passed the CFP® Certification Examination covering the following areas: the financial planning process, risk management, investments, tax planning and management, retirement and employee benefits, and estate planning. CFP® certificates also agree to meet ongoing continuing education requirements.
Outside of the office, Grant remains heavily involved with his alma mater, serving as an ambassador for the University of Notre Dame Gateway Program. Grant also volunteers for the Jump ball Basketball Program which supports impoverished youth in Jamaica and Haiti.

Born and raised in Wyoming, Casper native Leda M. Pojman is the daughter of an oil-field heavy equipment mechanic and a stay-at-home mom. Her family instilled in her values such as hard work, common-sense, and dependability. They also instilled in Leda fiscal responsibility and community service. Not surprisingly, Leda developed a passion for helping others and a strong sense of justice. In her 20 years of practicing law, Leda has demonstrated a commitment to public service. She started her career as a law clerk for the Honorable W. Thomas Sullins (Ret.), followed by serving as a prosecutor in Wyoming, both at local levels and at the Wyoming Attorney General’s Office, for most of her career. In addition, Leda has advocated for victims of domestic violence and sexual assault through her work for non-profits and she has represented clients in her private practice. Finally, Leda has enjoyed teaching college students as an adjunct professor on her own time. Leda recently returned to Casper and is currently a Deputy County Attorney for the Natrona County Attorney’s Office.
Highly technical finance professional with experience in global mining, oil and gas industries and public finance. Regularly interprets financial and operations data, forecast financial trends, and recommend actionable changes to evolve the organization as market trends fluctuate. Proven track record of methodically conducting investigations, applying best practices, and developing effective procedures to improve corporate revenue and manage risk. Extensive experience in payroll administration, process improvement, internal auditing, personnel development, cost savings, efficiency gains, team leadership, decision making & risk management.
New Board Member Candidates to serve the 2nd term of 2024 – 2027:
RMH Revenue Manager
IHG ® Hotels & Resorts
Amanda Disney has spent over 15 years in the hospitality industry and is currently the Revenue Manager for IHG ® Hotels & Resorts. She holds certificates in Global Business Travel, Hospitality Revenue Management, and has also completed the Hospitality & Tourism Management course, at Florida Atlantic University. Amanda is motivated by continued learning and incorporating diverse industry knowledge to her roll, in order to succeed with the ever growing economic challenges throughout Wyoming. Amanda believes that working together as businesses, communities, and individuals; we can influence, strengthen, and grow new & exciting opportunities throughout our state. She sits on the Board of Advisors for Powering Up Wyoming, holds a seat on the WEDA Legislative Committee, served as a Board Member for the Laramie Chamber Business Alliance, and has served on the Chamber board for the last 3 years and currently serves as the treasurer.
Operations & Emergency Response
Robert Ratliff works at Sinclair Casper Refining Company, he has been with the company for twenty three years. Robert leads the Emergency Response Team for Sinclair. Robert coordinates team training both in Casper as well as industrial fire and emergency training schools around the country, he also ensures safety protocols within the refinery are followed.
Robert was one of the founding members of the Industrial Wyoming Fire Chiefs Association which has been accepted into the Wyoming Fire Chiefs Association. This association guides the state into accepting standards for industrial fire fighting.
Robert is a member of Sinclair’s Charitable Activities Committee which disperses funds to various non-profit organizations around Casper. He has coordinated cooking at the Father’s Day Event for the Casper Housing Authority and the Kids-Q at the Smokin’ Soul Barbeque competition supporting the Brain Injury Alliance of Casper. He can be found volunteering at numerous charitable and community events such as Habitat for Humanity, the Balloon Festival and providing and serving pizza for the students of Evansville Elementary School. Robert is also a member of the Casper Rotary Club.
When Robert is not working he spends time with his wife and four children. He has devoted many years to coaching Little League Baseball teams for his daughters and his son. Robert has spent many hours helping with school and extra curricular activities for all four kids. Robert enjoys doing outdoor activities such as swimming, fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding, hiking, camping, skiing, snowshoeing, sledding and biking.
