Join the Wyoming Symphony Orchestra for Prelude: A Culinary Evening on Thursday May 23, 2019, 6-10pm. Prelude will mark the first exclusive reveal of the WSO’s new music director before the official public announcement is made and is a prelude to Wine on the River.
The event will feature the culinary creations of Chef Travis Sorensen, owner and founder of Birch in Sheridan, WY. Trained in San Francisco, Sorensen brought his talent and passion for cooking to Wyoming. His courses for the evening will include seafood, gastronomy, a taste of Wyoming, and dessert.
