Wednesdays are for wellness at David Street Station!
Join us as the YMCA of Natrona County
hosts free morning sweat sessions from 6:00-7:00 am, every Wednesday in beautiful downtown Casper! Instructors will lead you through various styles of workouts that will get your heart pumping while targeting all the major muscle groups. Casper Mountain is the perfect backdrop for this workout with a view!
Classes may include but are not limited to:
• battle ropes, kettlebells
• medicine balls
• agility ladder/hurdles
• resistance bands

We recommend bringing your own workout mat, sunscreen, bug spray, sweat towel, and a water bottle for your personal comfort.
