Immerse yourself in a new world by testing out the Natrona County Library's virtual reality system on Tuesday, February 20 anytime between 4 and 8 p.m. Stop by at your leisure between 4 and 8 p.m. to choose from over 50 virtual reality games and apps to play on the HTC Vive. After School at the Library: Dinosaur Party
Wednesday, February 21

RAWR! The Natrona County Library will host a Jurassic craft program for elementary-age students on Wednesday, February 21 at 4 p.m. Students will begin by making dirt pudding snacks followed by excavating dinosaur eggs and making dinosaur fossils and masks. Author Talk & Signing: Jasper Fforde

As part of the 33rd AnnualCasper CollegeHumanities Festival and Demorest Lecture, the Natrona County Library will host a talk by author Jasper Fforde on Wednesday, February 21 from 6 to 7 p.m. The talk is free and open to the public. Family Movie Night and Q&A with Steven T. Seagle and Jared Bush

As part of the 33rd AnnualCasper CollegeHumanities Festival and Demorest Lecture, all ages are invited to Family Movie Night at the Natrona County Library on Friday, February 23 from 4 to 8:30 p.m. This month the Library will feature back-to-back movies and a Q&A panel led by Steven T. Seagle and Jared Bush.
The first film, rated PG, starts at 4 p.m. Set in Ancient Polynesia, when a terrible curse incurred by the Demigod Maui reaches Moana's island, she answers the Ocean's call to seek out the Demigod to set things right. At 5:45 p.m. Steven T. Seagle and Jared Bush will discuss their work with pizza provided by the Friends of the Library at no cost. Following the panel discussion, the second film, rated PG, will be shown at 6:30 p.m. Plus-sized inflatable robot Baymax and prodigy Hiro Hamada team up with a group of friends to form a band of high-tech heroes. Steven T. Seagle is a co-founder of the bi-coastal collective Man of Action Entertainment, creators of the global franchise "Ben10" on Cartoon Network, with Seagle as an executive producer and story editor, and "Big Hero 6," for which he co-created the original team and characters featured in Disney/Marvel's Academy Award®-winning feature.
Jared Bush is a director and screenwriter at Walt Disney Animation Studios. He served as co-director and co-screenwriter of the Oscar®-winning feature "Zootopia" as well as screenwriter of the Oscar®-nominated feature "Moana." Bush is also a member of the Walt Disney Animation Studios Story Trust team, a group of directors and writers who help develop every studio feature, including Oscar winners "Big Hero 6" and "Frozen."

Family Crafternoon: Balloon Elephant Cards
Saturday, February 24

The Natrona County Library will host a family crafting program for all ages on Saturday, February 24 at 1 p.m. Using balloons and cardstock, families will make balloon elephant cards—handmade happy mail that's a card and a party favor in one! Afternoon Book Club: The Thing About Jellyfish
Saturday, February 24

An afternoon book discussion, sponsored by the Natrona County Library, will be held on Saturday, February 24 at 2 p.m. at Metro Coffee Co.Participants will discuss "The Thing About Jellyfish" by Ali Benjamin. The group is open to teensin grades 7-8, and new members are always welcome.
