Preschool Picassos
Ages: 2 - 5
Wednesdays:10:30am - 11:30am July 11- August 15
Fridays: 2:00pm - 3:00pm July 13- August 17
Fees: $30 (members) and $55 (non-members) per child/adult duo for each six-class session.
Description: Preschool Picassos helps enhance fine motor coordination, increase creative expression, and strengthen problem solving skills. Discover art concepts through process art and exploration of different art materials in this theme-structured six-week art class.
The NIC offers member families $15.00 off class fees per each additional sibling.

Summer Camps 2018
Monsters and Magical Mischief
July 23-27, 9:00am - 4:00pm, Ages: 7-12
Fees: $200.00 per child (member). $260.00 per child (non-member).
Camp Description: In this camp we will examine creatures from folklore, literature, and movies including but not limited to dragons, fairies, unicorns, and monsters. We will engage in storytelling and acting, and create art inspired by fantastic creatures using a variety of materials including papier-mâché, clay, paint, and more.

Graffiti and Street Art
July 30-August 1, 9am - 4:00pm, Ages: 10-15
Fees: $120.00 per child (member). $160.00 per child (non-member).
Camp Description: Learn about the history of graffiti while exploring your personal styles of expression. Discuss how graffiti murals shape the aesthetics of communities and community groups. Experiment with various materials and techniques such as spray painting and stenciling, all while working on both small and large scale pieces. Students will design and create a real graffiti piece on the walls of The NIC!

Intro to Photography for Tweens and Teens
August 13-17, 12pm - 4:00pm, Ages: 10-15
Fees: $150.00 per child (member). $200.00 per child (non-member).
Camp Description: Immerse yourself in the art of digital photography and learn basic technical skills of how to capture great images, compose effective photos, and refine them through digital imaging software. The camp is taught by Chuck Kimmerle, an award-winning photographer and adjunct instructor at Casper College. The camp is designed for students of all experience levels.
